I LOVE HUBERMAN!!! He's fantastic! Try the stomach massage. It's really great for your system. I do it before falling asleep at night and in the AM. You will notice the difference in your digestion after a while. Sometimes, if your system is backed up, it takes a bit to get it moving and the massage is crazy helpful.

He talks about circadian rhythms a lot and that it's important to get natural light into your eyes for a few minutes within the first hour of waking.
